You get up and style your hair one day and it’s perfect. All day long your hair moves just the way you want it to and you don’t even have to try hard. The next day, you get up and style your hair the exact same way, but this time it seems like your hair has a mind of its own. What in the world has happened? It seems like overnight your hair went from celebrity-perfect to pathetic.

We’re angle grinding some metal thing above our heads, wearing safety goggles like good little lads, so our eyes are nicely protected. Unfortunately the sparks set our hair on fire. The quickest way to get it out is to plunge our head into a nearby bucket – which we used to wash our paint brushes from the previous job. So our hair is then burnt and full of half coagulated sticky paint.

Good news for long hair – the classic ponytail is back! For looking good day and night, simply straighten hair and pull back into a tight ponytail. This sleek and shiny look is a cinch and emphasises cheekbones into the bargain. For uber sleekness, use a strong gel or hairspray to take care of any wisps or stray curls.

As you get dressed and ready for your day, vave you ever looked in your wardrobe and sighed, wondering when – if, you will ever fit back into your pre-baby jeans and working clothes? When you look in the mirror do you think you look frumpy, flabby and fat and long to lose your baby-fat and feel fashionable, fresh and fun again.

Be gentle when you blow-dry. Don’t overuse this technique. And don’t use too much heat. Elsewhere I’ve read that air-drying is much easier on your hair, and will help you hang on to it longer. So you may want to consider saving the turbo blow-dry for special occasions.

Avoid dos that are too long, especially if your hair is straight. The weight will drag it down and make it look even less full. A chin-length bob, especially if it’s layered, will allow your hair to fluff up to its full potential.

Baby Acne Remedies

Baby acne can occur in very young babies of 2 or 3 weeks, more commonly boys, up until around 6 months or so. During the winter, staying trendy and stylish while keeping warm can be difficult. In order to keep warm, we often find ourselves wearing many layers of clothing and we end up looking big and bulky. Fortunately, there are a number of things we can do to keep warm while making a fashion statement.

Isolates creative from critical thinking. The two should be separate and distinct. Writing and rewriting are two different processes. Critical thinking is best done in the presence of and utilising the competencies of other people.

Being obvious means that you are creatively thinking as opposed to critically thinking. By filtering obvious statements you are evaluating when you should be concentrating on generating a number of ideas that will be evaluated later.

Reality tells us that there are many reasons why an organisation’s structure has its shape (logistics, organic growth, history, size, market share, future strategy) and is, like organisational culture, not easily changed or restructured. Often, there are valid reasons not to make structural adjustments at all.

There is a wide spread belief that creativity cannot be a process. This is intertwined with the feeling that creativity occurs out of the blue, as does inspiration, and that creativity cannot be managed. Unfortunately this ignores the fact that many people in the creative industries are able to consistently come up with good ideas all the time.
